2019 XXX Cabarone

An X stands for eXperiment, in this wine you will find our (modern) interpretation of the old technique of grape drying. We have combined the ripeness and concentration of the fruit with the tannin structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon without weighing it down with unnecessary frills (residual sugar).

Recommendation: A powerful partner to duck breast on orange sauce or entrecote on a bed of rocket with Parmesan shavings, a taste sensation with a spicy vegetable pan.
