2020 Quintessenz Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva

Intense ruby red. Emphatically spicy nose with cinnamon and undergrowth notes, fresh wild berries such as blackberry and blackcurrant, strong but fine-grained tannin, powerful with a lot of melting, fine tobacco and licorice notes on the finish, elegant finish.

Recommendation: Goes well with a juicy tagliata with rocket and parmesan shavings, venison fillet with walnut crust and red cabbage, braised beef roulades with potato noodles and spicy cheese.
