On the nose, it develops intense aromas of sour cherries, raspberries, plum jam, forest floor, cloves, cinnamon and some marzipan. In the mouth, the wine is fresh and lively and characterized by elegant tannins, which make the wine harmonious and soft and promise an inviting drinking pleasure.
Recommendation: The Pinot Nero goes particularly well with light fish dishes, pink roasted game and red meat.
