2023 Pinot Grigio

The Pinot Grigio presents itself with an intense straw yellow color, a floral-spicy bouquet reminiscent of acacia blossoms, hay, almonds, sage and sandalwood, which enriches itself with aromas of lime blossom and honey after appropriate bottle ageing. On the palate, the wine enchants with its delicate, elegant finesse and juicy, fresh fullness. The Pinot Grigio shows its best side after three to four months of ageing in the bottle.

Recommendation: The wine is an ideal accompaniment to pasta and cereal dishes as well as rice dishes and dishes with vegetables or grilled white meat without sauce.
