2021 Shelter Red Blend

Aromatic scents of blueberries, red currants, cassis and balsamic vinegar, accompanied by undertones of purple basil, graphite and black pepper. The alcohol content is balanced with a core of intense black fruit, while the tannins are grippy yet ripe and supple. Due to the high Merlot content, it is easily accessible in its youth. The acidity adds freshness to the fruit and the black pepper gives the long finish the depth of a classic Saint-Émilion red wine.
