Deep ruby red with typical Cabernet aromas of tomato leaf, cassis, fynbos shrub, fresh bouquet garni and a hint of graphite. The use of oak ensures that the main focus on the mid-palate is on the bright raspberry and plum fruit character. The tannins are well integrated and round. A medium-bodied wine with fine aromas of plums, blackcurrants and fresh herbs on the dry finish.
