2021 Ringmuur Cinsault

The Hermitake or Cinsault was once the workhorse of the South African wine industry, but in recent decades its star has faded in favor of Shiraz and co. However, an old vineyard like this deserves to be bottled as a single-vineyard wine. This is the third bottling of this wine as a single vineyard.
Bright hue and vibrant color. The aromas are bright and pure - typical of the carbonic style. The grip of the tannins is velvety and there is a wonderful concentration of fruit on the palate.
