The Klein Constantia Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc shines in the glass in a light color. The grapes used for this complex sparkling wine come from one of the oldest single vineyards in Klein Constantia. They give the sparkling wine freshness, fruit and an intense character. Aromas of green apples, stone fruit and brioche unfold on the nose. The palate is dominated by an elegant perlage and rich fruity notes. The crisp and fresh acidity rounds off the long-lasting enjoyment experience perfectly. The Klein Constantia Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc underwent a second fermentation and then spent 38 months on the lees. It is therefore a delight as an aperitif on its own, but you can also serve Klein Constantia Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc with light fish or seafood dishes.
