The predominant limestone soil in the uppermost and most barren parts of the Ried Kranachberg, from vines that are already a quarter of a century old, lend this Sauvignon Blanc immense minerality. Expressive aromas of brioche, a hint of white chocolate and caramel combine with elegant acidity to create a wine with a powerful finish that is made to last. Harvested by hand and processed with the utmost care.

Once upon a time, not so long ago, a Bavarian wine enthusiast lost his heart to Styria. He was captivated by the sight of the hills and their dizzyingly steep rows of vines. The spicy, fragrant air of the high-lying mixed forests filled him with joie de vivre. The tranquillity and self-confidence of the Styrians enticed him to stay. And so he stayed! The rest is history.
And the pleasure, love at first sight!
