The special thing about the whites at Chateau Pierrail is the proportion of Sauvignon Gris, which gives the wines a very special note. Although only around 20% of the Cuvee Prestige is made up of Semillon and parts of Sauvignon Blanc, you can still taste the fine spice. The ageing in wood is good, discreet, but underlines the fullness of this beautiful Bordeaux Blanc in the finest way.
