Feudo Arancio Frizzante

Feudo Arancio Frizzante is made from Grillo grapes from our vineyards in the provinces of Ragusa in south-eastern Sicily and Agrigento on the west coast. Thanks to the different climatic conditions of the two areas, we obtain grapes with individual aromatic characteristics. The grapes in south-eastern Sicily benefit from loose, sandy soils, which give the wine its fragrant and fruity character. In western Sicily, on the other hand, the fertile loamy soils give the grapes more intense and powerful aromas. The blend of these different aromatic characteristics results in the intense, fruity sparkling wine Feudo Arancio Frizzante. Color: Lemon yellow Bouquet: Intense, fruity aromas of apple and peach Taste: Light, fresh and floral. Notes of apple, peach and mirabelle plum.

Recommendation: Excellent with roast veal, sushi and raw fish as well as white cheese.
