The name comes from the secateurs used to prune the vines in winter and harvest the ripe grapes in summer. This is a truly unique rosé as it is made from very old vines and has the minerality that characterizes the estate's wines The aromas are complex red fruits, spices, rose water and currants The palate is generous and structured with a long finish Cinsault, Shiraz and Grenache Noir.
