2023 Jamelles Reflets Secrets Rosé

The Reflets Secrets shimmers a beautiful pale pink in the glass and unfolds a bouquet of floral notes of roses, fresh red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, mixed with some citrus (grapefruit and orange zest) and a hint of pepper and verbena. On the palate, this rosé is round, full-bodied and characterized by a perfect balance between aromatic richness and liveliness. The finish is long and very fresh, highlighted by delicate notes of grapefruit and yuzu.

Recommendation: Perfect as an aperitif, from simple to sophisticated, tapas or antipasti. It goes very well with Mediterranean cuisine, fresh salads, shellfish and crustaceans or spicy Asian dishes. Serve between 8 and 10°C.
