2021 Pesquera Crianza

The wine is clean and brilliant with an attractive, elegant black cherry color with a purple rim. On the nose, it has intense aromas of red berry fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, with balsamic and roasted coffee bean notes and a hint of licorice coming through. The palate is fresh and elegant, followed by a silky, very rich mid-palate with perfectly integrated acidity and enveloping, long-lasting tannins. Red fruits such as strawberry come to the fore, along with very well integrated oak expressing notes of toast and roasted coffee beans, typical of a wine matured in American oak.

Recommendation: Recommended serving temperature of 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. This wine offers optimum enjoyment from the moment of purchase. An excellent accompaniment to rice dishes with small game. Also carpaccio, meat grilled over charcoal or lamb chops grilled over grapevines.
