2021 Blanc Cuvee Speciale Vieilles Clairettes Magnum

An impressive blend of flavors such as sweet peach, ripe pineapple, fragrant oil from flowers, spices and toasted brioche result in a medium to full-bodied white wine with many nuances. This wine is characterized by a firm acid structure, a multi-layered mouthfeel and a great aftertaste. It is undoubtedly one of the best wines from this region and it would be a pleasure to have a few bottles in my cellar. It is recommended to let this wine mature in the bottle for a year and then enjoy it for another 5-7 years or even longer, as it will certainly undergo interesting developments over time. It is very similar to a high-quality white Burgundy Grand Cru.
