Pétillant Naturel - our natural sparkling water
Shortly before the end of fermentation, we filled the cuvée into the bottle by hand, where it completed the last part of the fermentation process. The resulting perlage, i.e. the carbon dioxide, is the result of the bottle fermentation.
A naturally cloudy delight and the perfect refreshment for warm days and as an aperitif. Cheers!
