2022 Terra Montosa Riesling

Yellow fruit, hay, wet stone and sweet spices on the nose. The impressive fullness on the palate is contrasted by accentuated tannins and an insistent acid vein. A combination of concentration and lightness.

Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 9 degrees Celsius with pickled salmon, Rheingau brook trout with lamb's lettuce and spicy cream cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2032.
