Bright straw yellow, with abundant greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Very intense and persistent bouquet, fine and elegant, with pleasant floral and fruity notes reminiscent of meadows, peach blossom, golden apple and Williams pear. Fresh and slightly sweet, with a convincing softness and strong flavor, all very well balanced. Long and persistent finish, pleasantly fruity and aromatic.

Recommendation: In a cool place, away from sources of light and heat. Excellent as an aperitif, but also with fish starters, raw and cooked fish dishes, shellfish soups, white meat, light dishes and vegetables.
