For some years now, there has been a lively debate in Priorat as to which grape variety is better suited to the exceptional terroir: Garnatxa or Cariñena? With a wine as brilliant as the CIMS Garnatxa, which perfectly captures the strengths of this grape variety, the choice is not difficult. Dense body, lots of dark berries, cherry, plum, cherry, blackberry and a little fig. A pleasant herbal spiciness on the finish. A great and long-lasting wine.
