Both the Latin rufo for red and the Portuguese rufo for drum gave their names to the base wine from Quinta Vale D. Maria. A delicately fruity cuvée of Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional, wonderfully dense and juicy. Rufo is the ideal accompaniment to spicy stews or mild hard cheeses.
