2022 Pinot Blanc Smaragd Terrassen

Light yellow in color with silver reflections, this wine presents itself in the glass. The bouquet is reminiscent of a colorful fruit salad with pomelos, tangerines, oranges, white peaches and lychees.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 10-12 degrees Celsius, preferably in a large wine glass, as this is where the aromas develop best. The wine goes very well with fried fish dishes, e.g. fried turbot with creamy truffle risotto, as well as white meat, including veal and medium-strong cheeses.
