2022 Réserve Pinot Blanc dry

Vinification After selective manual harvesting, the must is obtained using a gentle whole-cluster pressing process. This sediments overnight before being transferred to large wooden barrels and partly to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After fermentation, the young wine matures on the lees for several months. It is bottled and sold on September 1st of the following year at the earliest.
