Monterotondo is Villa Sparina's cru wine, made from rich and complex grapes grown on clay marl on a historic piece of land in an excellent location. The Monterotondo is vinified separately using artisanal methods. The Monterotondo gives the palate that characteristic quality that makes the connection between the area and the Cortese grape unique: freshness, minerality, juiciness, acidity, power, longevity and elegance. The exceptional qualities of this white wine become apparent with age. Each vintage, from 1997 to the present day, is a delicious journey through the aromas of a unique region. The wine matures for 2 years in the bottle before being released on the market.
