Fresh apple notes paired with a fine citrus aroma. A rich, yet complex body is perfectly balanced by a distinctive structure. The carbonic acid subtly interwoven with the wine ensures the finest mousseux. Delicately fruity on the palate with a mineral nerve. A classic Riesling sparkling wine with ageing potential.
