2017 Cuvée Wilhelm Kalkmergel dry

The parcels of the Cuvée Wilhelm are located in the south-facing vineyards of Bisserheimer Goldberg and Großkarlbacher Burgweg. Dark fruit of blackberries and morello cherries paired with a light vanilla note and herbal spice from the barrel. Dense and juicy in the mouth with present tannins.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 17-18 degrees Celsius. Pairs perfectly with both sweet and savory dishes. But also a real pleasure on its own. Enjoy this wine until 2037.
