2015 Cuvée extra brut

The parcels for the cuvée are located in the Goldberg and Held vineyards at an altitude of around 150-170 meters. Finest perlage, very clear, fresh aroma with a fine, champagne-typical Broiche note, good acidity with the finest nerve, very playful mouthfeel and great length.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 8-10 degrees Celsius. Goes perfectly with seafood, shellfish or as an aperitif. Enjoy this wine until 2025.
