2017 Wachenheimer Altenburg P.C. Riesling dry

Altenburg is characterized by its elegance and supple texture, which, in combination with its delicate acidity and mineral freshness, creates a wonderful drinking flow. The nose reveals ripe aromas of apricots and yellow apples, on the palate the fruit is carried by a juiciness and creaminess that is refreshing and at the same time lingers on the finish - great class!

Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 9 degrees Celsius as an aperitif, goes well with pickled salmon, roast cod with steamed vegetables and potato wedges, grilled poultry and spicy cream cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2024.
