2022 Belva di Terra Marche Sauvignon

Vinification and production system: harvesting and selection of the grapes. Gentle whole bunch pressing and racking by natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature and maturation for 6 months on the fine lees, partly in wooden tonneaux (50%) and partly in amphorae (50%). Assembled one month before bottling.

Organoleptic description: intense and bright straw yellow with a delicate greenish haze.
Nose: The fruity aromas of green apple, white peach and passion fruit stand out, overlaid with aromatic notes of elderflower, green tea and mint.

Taste: The fruity taste already perceived on the nose is confirmed on the palate, flanked by a delicate acidity. The pronounced organoleptic profile is the result of an interplay between freshness and mineral flavors, reinforced by a very long aftertaste.

Grape variety: 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Pecorino

Ageing: 6 months in large wooden barrels, 6 months in concrete vats and amphorae
