2022 Viennese mixed set Ulm-Nussberg

This Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC has a bright lemon yellow color, a wonderful aroma and an elegant bouquet of ripe white and yellow fruits with fossil-rich limestone aromas. Full-bodied on the palate, a very fine and elegant Gemischter Satz with concentrated, perfectly balanced fruit and a lingering hint of salinity.

Recommendation: Serve at 11 degrees Celsius with classic Austrian cuisine. We recommend spicy pasta dishes or roast beef with Béarnaise sauce.
