From the most beautiful vineyards in the Kremstal. Aroma reminiscent of gooseberries and cassis leaves, also herbs; juicy and animating to drink, fresh fruit, pinch of herbal spice, straightforward, uncomplicated drinking pleasure.

Like hardly any other winery in Lower Austria's Krems Valley, the Forstreiter winery succeeds in combining tradition and innovation.
The winery owns Tabor, the oldest vineyard in Austria with ungrafted Grüner Veltliner vines, and its wine cellar, which has been growing organically for decades, is one of the most modern wine production facilities in the region. Located in Hollenburg, the south-easternmost district of the white wine capital Krems, the winery has been family-owned since 1868 and, although it has grown from 28 to 54 hectares over the last few decades, is still run by the current winemaker Meinhard Forstreiter as a family business in close contact with nature. The main variety is Grüner Veltliner, but Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller and red wines from Zweigelt and St. Laurent, which are successfully exported to 17 different countries.
