Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, delicate watery rim. Fine blackberry confit, black cherries, tobacco spice, mineral touch, candied orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, taut texture, ripe cherry fruit, fine tannins, extract-sweet finish, salty aftertaste, very good length, a versatile food companion with development potential. Vinified in new small wood.
