Harmonious nose with notes of malt, blackberry jelly, Macademia nuts, a delicate ethereal influence, a hint of beet and floral nuances in between. A wiry structure on the palate with a cheeky acidity, well-matched with a subtle tannin, no wood tones, no nougat, but traces of red currants and limes, very present on the finish with good length.
