Aged 20-30% in 500-liter new oak barrels, the 2021 Chardonnay Estate has a pale straw-yellow color and gains depth with aromas of jasmine, flint, fresh pear and lemon curd. Medium-bodied, it offers a delicate balance between pure fruit, fresh acidity and a concentrated feel without being harsh.
