2020 Grumello Valtellina Superiore

Bright, transparent ruby red with a fine garnet hue. On the nose, small red fruits such as blackberry, redcurrant, cherry and raspberry, complemented by fresh, floral notes of violets and roses. On the palate, it is dense with a very tasty attack, silky tannins and an almost endless finish. A wine of great austerity and purity with considerable ageing potential.

Recommendation: The 'Grumello Valtellina Superiore' is a wonderful accompaniment to poultry or game dishes.
