Wow. This is archetypal Barolo with a solid cylinder of polished tannins running through the center of the wine from start to finish. Full-bodied and wonderfully constructed with the tannins and beautiful fruit in all the right places. Dark fruits, dried earth and mushrooms with mild hazelnut notes. Fantastic is the right word to describe it. Endless finish.
