2018 Felseneck Riesling GG

Light yellow color with golden reflections, shiny. An intense bouquet with ripe pears, yellow apples, peach and gentle floral notes. On the palate it is very soft with a wonderful melting texture, wonderfully complemented by its pronounced minerality. The wine is exciting and elegant at the same time, with an attractive acidity and long finish.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius, goes very well with spicy and light starters, Asian cuisine, fried or grilled fish or white meat, e.g. veal fillet roasted under a herb crust with a creamy sauce. Optimal drinking maturity now until 2026.
