Petit Plaisir Red Blend 2020

The Plaisir Petit Plaisir Red Blend flows into the glass in a beautiful red color that changes from ruby to garnet. An aromatic scent of black cherries wafts into the nose and a hint of spices, vanilla and oak successfully rounds off the first impression. On the palate, the full-bodied red wine cuvée made from Merlot (25%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Malbec (23%), Cabernet Franc (14%) and Petit Verdot (13%) impresses with its elegance and fruity character, which is characterized by notes such as blackberry and blackcurrant. Nuances of white chocolate and cigar box as well as soft tannins skillfully underlined the berry notes. The Plaisir Petit Plaisir Red Blend matured for 16 to 22 months in French oak and is a versatile food companion - it is best served with hearty dishes or dark meat.
