Bright pink and shiny. Simply wonderful! Fine, regular and calm perlage. The aromatic diversity of the bouquet is initially dominated by a freshness reminiscent of mint, wild strawberries and raspberries. This is followed by aromas of roasted almonds and cocoa beans, the smoky and spicy notes that are typical of a Pinot Noir de Cumières. Not forgetting a slightly salty aroma reminiscent of the ocean. A gentle, soft but also very fresh and penetrating attack. A perfect combination of matter and freshness that immediately sets the tone and creates an extremely fresh, balanced, long and light attack. A wine that becomes increasingly refined and finally velvety on the palate, leaving a slightly salty impression on the tongue, with tannins reminiscent of the pulp of its grapes. Fresh, very long-lasting finish.

Recommendation: Serve at 8 degrees Celsius, excellent as an aperitif, also goes very well with dishes with fine poultry, poached salmon or scallops. Pastries such as biscuits with ripe red berries also harmonize perfectly.
