Yellow, with warm reflections. Slender, dense and expressively concentrated bouquet. Ripe, very elegant aromas of citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons, as well as vanilla and apples reminiscent of nougat. Very contrasting impressions on the palate. Fresh, pure, mineral, minimalist and extremely tasty. Energetic, lively, ethereal finish.
Recommendation: The epitome of a contemporary, mature and gripping champagne of great freshness, almost abstract clarity and boundless precision. This makes the wine suitable for stronger fish or in combination with a creamy main course or more mature cheese. All in all, a wonderful composition that enhances the day both in combination with a meal and on its own.
