The 2017 Große Gewächs matured in the cabinet cellar of our Domäne Assmannshausen is almost beguiling with its intense blackberry and wild strawberry notes. A very elegant and well-balanced Pinot Noir with charming acidity, a fine tannin structure and a long-lasting finish.
Site: The predominantly steep slopes face south. The soil is composed of weathered quartzite and slate.
