2017 Cava Brut Nature Gran Claustro

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Continuous detachment of fine bubbles with high interaction and crowning. Clean aroma of roasted fruit, maturation and minerals that give it its personality. Creamy and ripe flavor, slightly fruity and with a good balance. Gran Claustro is a dry cava, without added sugar.

Recommendation: Recommended as an aperitif, with oysters or grilled sea bass, a wonderful refreshment on a warm summer evening. We recommend enjoying this cava young and fresh at 6 degrees Celsius.
