2019 El Vinculo Reserva

The wine has a garnet red color with ruby red rim, clean and bright. Deep aroma of black fruits mixed with licorice on the nose. Sweet vanilla and toasted notes appear thanks to its time in American oak barrels. On the palate, a fruity entry with a first encounter of black fruits that fade into roasted and licorice notes. It has plenty of volume with tannins and enough acidity to give it power in the mouth and a long finish.

Recommendation: Serving temperature 14 degrees Celsius. Goes well with red meat from the charcoal grill, casseroles, feathered and furry small game dishes such as quail and hare.
