2018 Joaquin Piante e Lapio Fiano

Color: Deep straw yellow, brilliant with golden hues due to the evolution of the wine and the long aging in wood and bottle. Nose: Rich and very complex, notes of spices, herbs, hazelnuts, citrus fruits, honey and salt intertwine. Palate: Rich, complex, intense, refined and with great personality. It is a full-bodied, persistent wine with great freshness and acidity, hinting at its development potential and maturity in the bottle.

Recommendation: The wine goes well with grilled/roasted fish, poultry, medium-ripe cheese, seafood/shellfish, risotto and terrines/pâtés.
