Pronounced aromas of melon, peach, freshly cut grass and sage on the nose. Very balanced on the palate, again peach, tropical fruit, especially papaya and candied fruit. A hint of umami on the very long finish.
Recommendation: Tuna tartare with chili, ginger and sesame, marinated octopus and calamari salad. Fried sea bream and other white fish. Pork medallions with a cream and truffle sauce.
