2019 XXX Le Petit Prince

An X stands for eXclusive, just like the bouquet and aroma of this wine. Rich and dense on the nose, with notes of ripe yellow fruit combined with strong woody notes. In the mouth, the great structure, alcohol content and residual sugar are perfectly balanced by the great acidity of this variety, resulting in an unexpected lightness of drink.

Recommendation: It is an excellent accompaniment to asparagus dishes, braised fish, herb-crusted roast lamb and mature goat's cheese.
