Wonderfully diverse bouquet of dried cherries, followed by notes of chocolate and flowers. Full on the palate, with dense fruit, good structure and firm tannins. Pacenti not only delivers great Brunello - also very fine Rosso.
Recommendation: serve decanted at 17 degrees Celsius, goes well with tagliatelle with truffles, rabbit braised in red wine, fine game birds, quail or pheasant or mature hard cheese.
