Cuvée This Prestige Brut

Cuvée "this" is produced according to the Metodo Ganimede. In special fermentation tanks, the grapes undergo fermentation and maceration in a closed cycle in which the CO2 rising during fermentation keeps the grape skins in constant contact with the must, as it brings out the natural aromas and varietal typicity of the individual grape varieties. The result is a spumante that is characterized by its mild, fruity taste, finesse and long-lasting perlage.

Recommendation: Excellent for dishes with white fish or poultry, for example turbot fried on the skin with melted butter. We recommend enjoying this sparkling wine young.
