A classic spicy-fresh Grüner Veltliner; delicate aromas of white pepper, hay, freshly cut grass, lime and green apple. Light and fresh on the palate with lively acidity and a balanced, racy finish. A typical Steinfeder: elegant, fresh, light and the ideal wine for every day and every time of day. The Steinfeder grass (Stipa Pennata), a feathery grass of the steep vineyards of the valley landscape, gives these sparkling wines their name.
