2019 The Holy Trinity

One of Grant Burge's top red wines from Australia, the "Holy Trinity" is an extremely exciting blend of the three grape varieties Grenache-Shiraz-Mourvedre. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and come from 50 to 100-year-old vineyards. A deep dark color in the glass, a fascinating range of aromas of dried plums, cherries, black currants, floral notes, fine roasted aromas, vanilla and spicy notes reminiscent of clove and coriander on the nose, powerful and complex on the palate, but never over-concentrated, straightforward, multi-layered, velvety tannins, underlaid with a fine acid structure, incredibly long-lasting. An extremely exciting red wine cuvée!

Recommendation: Serve at 18 degrees Celsius, decant with pleasure, goes well with dishes with dark meat, roasted game and wild fowl, beef, braised ox cheeks with carrot and celery vegetables and mature hard cheese. We recommend enjoying this wine until 2030.
