2022 Syrah-Grenache Minimalist Sans Sulfites Ajoutés

The color of this Syrah-Grenache without added sulphites is dark red with bluish nuances. Its bouquet is extremely expressive with fruity primary aromas (cherry, black cherries) and a hint of vanilla and spices (bacon with paprika, gray pepper) and arouses curiosity. On the palate, the wine is fresh, spicy-fruity and slightly mineral with notes of fresh cherries and licorice. An extremely well-balanced, wonderfully fresh wine with elegant, well-integrated tannins. Due to the lack of added sulphur, this is an extremely fruity, honest wine with an intense flavor.

Recommendation: Serve at 18° with grilled meat, especially lamb, or with tajine, cannelloni, ratatouille, eggplant bread or cheese.
